Please suggest me a good hair oil for hair as I am 4 months postpartum...I am experiencing severe hairfall... please suggest a good hair oil that should be safe during lactation.. Thanks

Postpartum hair loss is very common issue in lactation phase. It is due to your hormonal changes and nutrition demands. Ayurveda have suggested sutika paricharya for it. Include Ghee, gond Laddu, (haliv gond and methi dana laddus), resins, walnuts, almonds in diet. Also eat amala and lime regularly Non-vegetarian should include eggs in breakfast and fish in diet. Use mahabrungaraj oil twice a week. Rinse your hairs on next day with shikekai and ritha.

Neeli bhringraj oil ,mahabhringraj oil are best for hair growth!! Also these are only 20-30% responsible for hair growth as post partum diet lifestyle and medications are important too Pls do consult first mam

Ok noted it's for u could attend ur progeny well. Joke apart.... U need vit d n ca+ B complex A, Trace elements as well. Delivery is another birth needed maternal side experienced support for u n ur kid along with massage for both to over come of being at service of feeding n sleepless nights
