Hi You are suffering from post partum telogen effluvium which is a common phenomenon after delivery. During pregnancy estrogen is high, it prevents hair from falling and retains them. So after delivery estrogen levels come down and the hair which were supposed to fall during pregnancy starts falling. It's a temporary thing and will settle in 4-6 months.
Next Steps
consult a dermatologist for details.
Health Tips
eat protein rich diet.
