I believe my wife is struggling with long term post party depression. She talks about harming or giving away our 1.5 yr old daughter. Is there a good specialist in pune that we can meet?

Threaten to Harm a child are alarm bells. Consult a psychiatrist asap. Post pregnancy depression or psychosis need to treated for mother and child wellbeing. Also when left untreated it may continue and increase with future pregnancies.
