Am mother of two babies. Elder one is 3 years and younger one is 2.5 months. At the time of second baby delivery the baby was having hypoglycemia and it got sorted. The baby is very healthy now having umbilical hernia which is sorting out. In our tradition we used to look at baby's birth time, in that he had balarishta dosha which is not good for babies interms of health or anything can happen according to dosha. We did dosha parihara. But my mind is always thinking negative. Please 🙏 i request to prescribe remedies to come out of this negativity.

Hi, I can understand your problem what I would like to advise that no matter what the predictions are. There are not absolutely truth. If you keep thinking negative you will give that negative energy and convey that negative energy towards your child unconsciously so don’t do that if you think positive everything healthy about him, he will have a healthy life. No matter what I think you require some counselling regarding this you can consult me and don’t worry. Your child will be very healthy. All the best.
The first 6 months after child birth are very stressful for the mother- not just because of the baby care responsibilities, but also because your body is still healing from the pregnancy. Give yourself some time. Ensure that you're getting proper sleep and eating well. When you're not feeding the baby, try and handover the baby care to one of your trusted family members, so that you can rest for a bit.
If these symptoms continue however, you should consult a psychiatrist.
