Postpartum bleeding

Hi, I had my C section on oct 3rd.This was my second pregnancy and the bleeding stopped after one and half month(till mid november).then i got my periods on december 5th and it was not heavy and just for 3 days..And today (22nd dec) i have observed brown spotting again..i am just worried if its normal bcoz during my first pregnancy i got my periods after 9 months.but now i am having this on and off bleeding.I have a follow up visit ,but my gynaec is not available for next few days.please let me know if this is ok.
