I had my c section 1 month 20 days ago...since then my bleeding was gradually decreasing..then it stopped for 3,4 days and suddenly from last one week it increased heavily...so i did usg pelvis ..scan was normal,only uterus seemed to be bulky( 96×37×53 mm) and endometrial thickness is 5.7mm. my blood tests like cbc,lft,kft, thyroid is normal .. my surgery doctor suggested tranexamic acid tablets and clindasure 300 and deviry four days ago..i am continuing these medicines also..still bleeding is not stopping.

It seems like you had a Trans abdominal pelvic scan and that is normal. If the bleeding isn't getting controlled within another 1-2 days despite treatment, I would suggest for a Transvaginal pelvic scan with Doppler as that could give a clearer picture of any other reason for continuing heavy bleeding.
