Postpartum advice required
I delivered a baby two months back. Because of slightly elevated bp i am on telma 20. Also wanted to start magnesium which is breastfeeding safe. Pls suggest.

Please get your bp checked regularly We can titrate and wean off from your meds accordingly Most cases of hypertension in pregnancy will settle by 6weeks postpartum.

Why do u want to start magnesium? Check ur bp and decide if telma is needed or not. Gestation hypertension will settle post 6 weeks of delivery.
