Once pain reduces, Yoga can be resumed after assessment and advice from a Physiotherapist. If pain doesn't return and is not high intensity,  all kinds of exercises can be continued. For accessory Navicular bone if pain keeps repeating and you want to continue fitness training, a surgeon's opinion may be required.

Apply ice pack twice a day for 15mins, give it a rest and take physio sessions for 10 days, once it get healed you can again start the yoga.
