Posterior horn tear grade 3
I have been gone through an operation of acl tear and after 3 month of operation suddenly I got joint dislocations, when I got checked my new acl was correct and healing but MRI report shows i got problems of (grade 3 posterior horn tear of medial meniscus)
Please suggest me what should I do
Can this problem be solved by natural process?
