Posterior Cruciate Ligament maybe torn.
My right knee joint experienced a direct collision with the backside of an auto rickshaw a week ago. MRI report says the following:
"Posterior Cruciate Ligament appears wavy with abnormal thickening and intrasubstance fluid intensity and discontinuity in its midportion with few intact fibres- suggestive of high grade tear." NO pain in walking now .

Hi, you have a PCL tear. PCL is a ligament that stabilizes the knee.
First, it is important to have a clinical examination done on your knee by an experienced orthopaedician or preferably a Sports Surgeon.
Depending on the grade of instability assessed by the consultant, you may need immobilization with a brace or an Arthroscopic surgery.
