Post zsr circcumsion

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I took zsr circcumsion on 14 may2019.and some medications that includes rotocef 500,disperzyme,pcm 650,voverone75 mg ,pantocid and novelon..But from yesterday I am getting some times lose motion and vomitting..I am eating khichdi only but always gets in a mood to vomitting..what should I do now. Plz help can I take electrol powder
