Post vaccination issues
There are some issues that my 3 months old baby facing post the polio vaccination.. her milk intake and nap time levels have gone down notably.. she keeps on yawing herself to sleep but couldn't do so and keeps on crying turning her eyes red and swollen
Is this normal for a baby post vaccination or any guidelines that are to be taken on my behalf, please guide me through this.

Its commom after vaccination
No need to worry
Keep a watch on urine output
Baby should pass urine minimum 6-8 times per day
Burp ur baby proper after each and every feed for atleast 10 min or till baby take 4 burp
It will help
If decreased activity, less urine output, fever
Then need consultation with nearest pediatrician.
