Post Shingles High Skin Sensitivity
The rashes are gone and the skin is recovering well. However the skin is hyper sensitive to touch or even breathe...I cannot cover any cloth on my body...I am using the Herperix cream and Lactocalamine lotion alternative during the day. The area where is effected in left chest, below arm and extends till spinal cord. How can i recover from this hyper skin sensitivity?
