Hi dear, congratulations for the gift in your life... Start weight loss after 3 months. Most important, eat healthy food now onwards. Don't get carried away with traditional concept of a high fat diet during breast feeding time.
...Breast feed your baby as much as you can. This itself will help normalize hormones and initiate wt loss.
...be relaxed. Sleep enough. Take a good plan..
You can start diets anytime , but for next 3 months atleast focus on nutritional diet plan with little weight loss , so that it doesn't hamper your infants growth .
Post delivery weight is the easiest to shed , if you start diet and slow exercise ( like yoga initially). More you delay , slower the weight loss
