Post pregnancy severe hair fall
I am a mother of two and delivered a baby girl 3 months back. Since 1 month I have noticed severe hair fall. I know that post pregnancy everyone faces hair fall and I have searched it online as well. but compared to my previous pregnancy this second time I find that hair fall is really bad. I dread combing my hair and washing it. I also have slight dandruff now and am not sure how to reduce the hair fall if not stop it immediately. To let you know that I was not regular with my post pregnancy medication of multi vitamin and iron tablets and I am currently breastfeeding. I have started taking these  medicines now so will this help improve the situation or do i need extra medicines. Thanks in advance for any free advice that I can get.
