Post pregnancy problem
Hi, I have delivered baby 4 months back thru c section. I am a breastfeeding mother .Since 1 month I have severe pain in hands, feet, ankles joints, wrist joints , fingers n body aches. Once I get up in the morning, it is hard to lift my baby or hold my baby for breast feeding or to change diapers as I am not able to put weight on my hand or feet first thing in the morning. I am not able to make a fist or hold a bottle even. It takes some time 1-2 hours to get rid of the stiffness of fingers in hands n legs in the morning. But it stays through out the day. I feel body pain n joint pains especially once I get up from sleep. Is it normal? I have consulted my doctor n she prescribed calcium tablets n vitamin D3 capsules along with that I am taking a multivitamin tablets since but not seeing any improvement in my condition. Should I wait for some more days.

Hi....., The amount of vitamin D that is needed to correct a deficiency will depend on the severity of the deficiency and your individual health risks..... Vitamin D supplements should be taken with a meal that contains fat..... Eat plenty of fresh fruit, green leafy vegetables. Non vegetarian foods and healthy fats.....
