POst Pregnancy Pain on hip bone

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My wife suffering from severe pain in her right hip bone since her pregnancy 3 years back. Pain strikes only when she sleeps, while walking/ sitting there is no pain. She had cesarean delivery. that pain runs from hip to calf muscles but concentrated on hips
