Uneven hips and a dropped shoulder are usually due to pelvic and muscle imbalance, not permanent damage. Stretching alone won’t fix it, but targeted correction can.
Next Steps
Get a proper posture and pelvic assessment to identify the exact imbalance and start targeted correction, not random exercises.
Health Tips
Avoid heavy lifting for now, train symmetrically, focus on posture, and stop self-stretching without guidance. Continuing gym workouts without correction can worsen the imbalance and cause pain or injury.

Greetings from the Rid of Pain Physiotherapy This is a postural issue of the imbalance of a group of muscles connecting in a chain. So for this  detailed diagnosis is required to find out that imbalance. This is completely curable too. Only stretching won't help in this condition because few muscles need to get released and few need to get activated. That accurate correction will help to get rid of it.
