Your explanation about yours is unclear , as u say uneven hips is as per size of the muscle or the level of one compared to other? also you complain of shoulder drop
I will suggest doing a spine x ray to rule out scoliosis if it's scoliosis we can figure out it's muscular problem or a boney problem
Consult a near by physio for proper assessment and diagnosis for your posture and treat the root cause rather than doing self random stretching.
Next Steps
And avoid doing all the heavy lifting of back, legs and shoulder exercises and start with basic posture correction and let the therapist to asses the tight structures and proceed your stretching as per the protocol
Health Tips
And always to warm up before and cool down after workout
Uneven hips and a dropped shoulder are usually due to pelvic and muscle imbalance, not permanent damage. Stretching alone won’t fix it, but targeted correction can.
Next Steps
Get a proper posture and pelvic assessment to identify the exact imbalance and start targeted correction, not random exercises.
Health Tips
Avoid heavy lifting for now, train symmetrically, focus on posture, and stop self-stretching without guidance.
Continuing gym workouts without correction can worsen the imbalance and cause pain or injury.

Greetings from the Rid of Pain Physiotherapy
This is a postural issue of the imbalance of a group of muscles connecting in a chain. So for this detailed diagnosis is required to find out that imbalance. This is completely curable too. Only stretching won't help in this condition because few muscles need to get released and few need to get activated.
That accurate correction will help to get rid of it. For more details you can connect us too
