As regarding the above if my doctor cut off testis to stop growing postate., Will it affect anything or in other words will it have any side effect ? And the detected cancer can't be spreaded any more

It is part of Hormonal therapy for carcinoma prostate which is sensitive to androgen hormone testosterone blockade. Effectiveness has to be regularly assessed by serum PSA and other investigations.keep in regular follow up with your urologist
