Post nasal drip

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Can post nasal drip cause the throat to swell. I've been suffering from it and it feels as if there's a lump in my throat and it's causing me difficulty in talking, breathing and even burping. Just to burp I have to force it out sometimes. I feel bloated most of the time and appetite has reduced. Can all these symptoms be due to post-nasal drip? My lungs are all normal(x-rays and spirometry are clear)

Hopefully you are having gastritis causing Laryngopharyngeal reflux and throat issue. Post nasal drip can be associated symptom due to allergy or infection or both.
