Post meal walk?
Hi respected Drs . I do prefer morning walk . however just wants to ask can we do light walk immediately aftr lunch ,dinner and breakfast or do we need to wait for some time and thn start .if we need to wait please advice the time as well .

Hi Its safe but make sure the meals are also light.. You can do 20 to 30 mins of walk.

Gud evening u can do light walk at least after 30mins of having lunch and dinner rather than directly after having meal.
