  4. Post delivery issue. Recover from this?

Hi, It is been 2 month after my delivery. It was normal delivery with episiotomy. Earlier my stitches had issue and re stichting also happend after one month. Now I am feeling some issue with bowel Movement. Skin near ractum is feeling swelled and pain while bowel movement. What it is? What should I do to recover from this?
