Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hello Dr I have delivered a baby girl 4 months ago. Since last month I have been suffering from severe hair loss.I already had thin hair but now my scalp is very much visible from the front.I reside I Dwarka. Water quality is not good here. Plus guide me for the solution of my problem as I am only 30 n worrying too much for this hairloss.
