Post Covid Weakness
I am recovered 15 days ago, didn't used any steroids nor hospitalized.I am feeling low and weak.Diziness type feeling and pulse rate is 69- 70 at rest.One type of feeling that I have no energy.Please guide to cope up.

It is very common to have weakness after COVID. I would suggest a high protein diet, and plenty of fluids. Drink Juices, Coconut water, Electral, ORS.
