Post Covid Treatment - I Have Got Covid, Had Fever For 2 Days

I have got COVID, had fever for 2 days and no symptoms thereafter except very rare dry cough. I have completed 11 days quarantine at home. I would like to understand if i need to get some blood tests, chest x-ray, HR CT etc. if i do not have any symptoms.
