Having numbness on lips and face ..in city sinus polyp was found in nose but after mri doctor is saying it may be polyp or fungus so its bette to go for surgery any please suggest me.

As a ENT surgeon as I can see yes there is a polyp in the MRI. Since early sign of mucor r very difficult to diagnose this can be a modality
