Post covid recovery. Up a day before?

Hi, My aunty is in post recovery stage. It is her 33th day. She had pneumonia with 11/25 hrct score. She had given methylpred 8mg 17 days and rivaroxban 10mg for 10 days. Yesterday in her cbc, TLC was 14.26 thou/mm3, neutrophils was 9.65 thou/mm3, lymphocytes was 3.37 thou/mm3. Crp was 4.84 mg/l which has been increased from 2.9 mg/l (on day 23rd). Esr was 52. Fasting and pp 2 hours glucose was 92 and 96 respectively. My question is does increase in crp and esr and tlc pointing any infection or inflammation in body or it is due to tapering of steroid and blood thinner which was end up a day before? She always has feverish feeling and max temp reach upto 99.5 and comes back to normal without any tablet.
