Post Covid non productive cough
I got Covid positive on 14 th ( rtpcr) and had ct level 17 and 19 and HRCT score 7/24. Now I have recovered ( rtpcr not done) but congestion in chest is causing a lot of trouble. I can't talk continuously for 5 minutes.Right now taking vitamin supplements and montelukast once plus grillinctus BM. Please suggest some ayurvedic remedies. Can I take giloy and shitopaladi churna?

You should  do one Chest -Xray PA view , to know the present status of your lungs. Continue  with breathing  exercises . Take nutritious diet and avoid any spicy oily cod sour and junk food. Yes you may take giloy and sitoplaladi but you should  not ignore your dyspnoea.

Yes you can. Mix Sitopladi churna with honey and have it 3-4 times a day.
