My mother was hospitalized 1 month ago for covid and after discharge she was doing fine only concern was after two weeks on 28th April her d dimer value was 2880 , so doctor prescribed rivoroxaban 10 and now today after 1 month post discharged and two weeks after having rivoroxaban 10 again we did d dimer test today and value was 590 , so my question is can she stop this medicine or have to take it again ? Her age is 50
