Yes for some patients it happens. Get your cbc, crp ,d dimer test to know if everything is ok.  drink plenty of warm liquids, steam inhalation 3 times daily, salt water gargling , avoid oily and spicy food, avoid cold food and drinks, avoid stress and tensions, sleep minimum of 8 hours at night, be positive and relax.
