It almost 20 days from early symptoms of headache,fever, no taste and smell, congestion,throat infection. Now I got little nose block. Is it normal. What test are required now? Can I take vaccination?

Monitor Spo2 regularly. Take a multivitamin. Wait for 3 months from the symptom onset for vaccination.

Yes it is normal some people do feel it. For nose block you can take steam 2-3 times a day for 5-7 minutes each time. As of now you are absolutely fine so No need to any tests to do. For vaccination according to new guidelines atleast 3 months gap should be there between vaccine and covid detection.
