I had covid two month ago but still I have bodyache which is frustrating for me so which test should be done for getting normalcy? I have done three test CBC, CRP AND D-dimer which was normal.. Could you suggest so that I can live a normal life? 🙏please

Get few more blood test like Vitamin B12, D3 , TSH, and HbA1c etc...  Take proper healthy high protein diet and plenty fruits and green salad in meal... Do some yoga and breathing exercise.. avoid stress and take proper sound sleep daily.... Need few more details so better to discuss on call ....

Hi It should be Post Viral fatigue as the inflammatory parameters has got settled. Take plenty of fluids ,fruits (provided no other illnesses) Contact us if it continues as it might mandate a thorough work up Take care.

Get a Vit d3/ vitamin b12  cpk done atleast/ maintain adequate hydration.... Start doing brisk walking/ light aerobix exercises... Also share whether u are suffering from any kind of depression... And consult with a gp..
