Hello, Definitely physiotherapy can help you, And as for your question there are different exercises and activities that focus on different aspects of breathing , eg. Lung volume , tidal volume etc. Which will help your lungs recover and provide you with an optimum amount of gas exchange.. your lungs WERE damaged but now they must be in a pretty good state .

Post covid respiratory physiotherapy is essential.  You can buy a spirometer and practice breathe in with upright position and breathe out with upside down. Each should be done for 10 times twice a day. It should be done in empty stomach. Keep the spirometer in good hygenic condition to  avoid complications like pneumonia..
