Post corona virus symptoms
I have tested positive last 23 April... Today is my 21st day and I have tested negative... And I had been feeling better but last 3_4 days .. I have feeling some symptoms like cold sometimes feeling internally warm , headache... And mood swings sometimes I started to crying and I don't want go outside and to meet my family members... I keep sleeping.. sometimes little bit anxiety... Weakness and I only want to sleep. Etc etc

Post covid its very common to have these symptoms. A proper counselling session is what you need. Some company would provide some support. Try some breathing exercises, reading books or something that interests you.
