Is it possible to develop a throat cancer after 1,5 year of smoking (5-7 ciggarretes a day) for 23 year old girl?
After I smoke I feel heaviness in my throat, not an ache but I become aware of my throat, also recently I lost some weight. Sometimes I cough out some muscus and burp out some acid. Could it mean I have cancer?

You seem to be suffering from reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term benefits
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. It is unlikely to be cancer
