Possible skin cancer

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have noticed spots slightly darker than my regular skin tone showing up in my upper ribcage area just below my bra. More have shown up over time within the last year. most are circular in shape but a few are irregular in shape.they havent darkened. they arent painful and they arent bumps. could this be beginning stages of skin cancer?
