Possible haemorrhoids

I am 32 year old male. I have been experiencing some swelling in the Anal part for past 3-4 years. It goes away after a day or two but from past 4 days I have been feeling itchiness and swelling is not so much as it used to be in past but it pains a lot while passing stool and bleeds as well and it's quite uncomfortable to sit for longer duration. What should I do? What kind of doctor should I visit for examination?
