No anusol can not heal haemorrhoid
haemorrhoid are anal cushions which cause bleeding when there is constipation and pressure on these veins.
fissure causes pain while passing motion
so what is your complain....if pain during motion then it is fissure which will heal once you start taking hot sitz bath and apply lignocaine ointment
