Possible fungal infection

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I have had a fungal infection under my breasts and in the inguinal area. I used itch guard for two days but when it had noneffect execpt relief from itching, I switched to a clotrimazole which promptly cleared the chest infection but the other one persists even after a week.
