For the treatment of the depressed scars after acne procedures are required to get an improvement. There are options like hyaluronic acid filler or subdermal fat transplant which can be done for the holes if they are slightly bigger. But the very tiny depressed scars would require either laser treatment or micro needling. There will definitely be an improvement in the texture of the skin but you need to understand that the response that you can get would be around 70 to 80%. The skin will not become perfectly as it was before the occurrence of acne. Even in laser- IPL is not that effective; you should get treated with CO2 laser or Er:Yag Laser for a better response.
