Pores around cheeks and nose

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Since last 2 yrs... i suffered from acnes. Bt now all went off. Bt now i have delvoped open pores around cheeks and little bit on nose. Kindly guide me with some medication, lotion or any other treatment.
