Poop twice a day
My weight was 48kg few months ago now it come down to 44kg...then I took labrada mass gainer and started eating more food than before ..Before taking mass gainer i was pooping at every morning but after taking mass gainer i have started pooping in evening also...Does that means i am facing any digestive problem..or the food not getting properly digested...or plss suggest me the way to increase my weight
