My frnd skipped her period in april and came to know that she has PCOS on may 3rd. Does that mean she didn't ovulate through out April month?

We need to investigate to confirm PCOS. Some times ovulation may happen lately that means we may not able to predict when ovulation happens in irregular delayed cycles

If your friend is married and she is trying to have a baby then your question is relevant In that case she should consult with a Gynaecologist for Infertility treatment and all these questions like when she ovulated last time will be answered.

This needs more details 1. Age of patient is important. Younger age group will have multiple cysts and polycystic appearance normally 2. Did she skip cycle in may? 3. How is she diagnosed with pco? Just by a scan? Pco is just a clinical picture. Not every month it is associated with absence of ovulation
