Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have pcos from 2years and severe hairfall from 3 years and acne because of pcos.my doctor prescribed me evacure,primosa 500 and nurokind lc.i am experiencing severe acne after taking these medicines for 7 days.i dont know which of these 3 medicine is reacting on my skin.i cant contact my gyneac as she is out of town. Please suggest
