Polycystic ovary syndrome

I am a 21 year old girl i am suffering from PCOD i have been taking medicines since 2 years but still the problem is same my periods were irregular then they vanished completely though i can feel that now periods will occur with the help of medicines periods do come but naturally they dont .and i have not gained weight or any other symptoms such as facila hair will this problem affect me in getting pregnant
