Pcos is very common these days.First of all be active and exercise regularly.Loosing even 10percent of your weight will improve your condition.Avoid eating broiler chicken.Consult your gynaecologist who will put you on metformin and oral contraceptives which will regularise your periods.Once your periods become regular you will be given ovulation inducing drug such as clomifene. The above process can take minimum 6 months and hence I would advise you to be calm and patient.Good luck.
Next Steps
Loose weight, consult a gynaecologist.Get an ultrasound scan abdomen and pelvis, thyroid profile and blood sugars(fasting and post prandial checked).
