Pocks on body.

Hello, I have got small pocks about 20 in number on body last year. These are on my leg, hands and two three on my back. It happened when I was in Africa. Now These pocks are filling with puss. They are very small except one or two. They are like any other phunsi as we know it in India. Should I be worried, pl help me out. Thank you
