Asked for Female, 35 Years

Loose motion or semi loose motion two or three times in a day.stool report says mucus is also positive.foam is also present.pus cell ra nge is 5-6hpf. What is the remedy.please help me.I have to go a long distance everyday and have to eat food from outside.
