Fever with loose motion and stomach pain

Hi doctor, My wife was suffering from since 18 days. And she was totally fine now. Bu yesterday eveningshe was having fever, so i hage gievn one paracetamol 650 mg again one in the night. Also she has severe loose motion during the night. Plz prescribe me some medicine and guide me what to do??
