Plucked chiken type skin on neck
The visible bumps appearing on the skin resemble that of goosebumps or the skin of a plucked chicken on my neck since 1 yr andmy face is full some white which are not whiteheads because ihave experienced shite these are different but similar to them ”

Hello dear. That is normal skin. Texture wise, a little rough with few comedones here and there.
Next Steps
Apply a non comedogenic moisturiser twice daily and Revise cream at night. Do this for a couple of weeks and then go for chemical peeling.

Neck , there is something known as pseudo xanthoma elasticum which mag be possible but unless examined won’t be able to comment , also there is juxta glomerular appearance which is very normal in few people so don’t worry on the face too unless examined it’s very difficult to comment .
